This beautifully renovated and coastal styled home is suitable for up to 6 adults or 8 in total including children.

Ample modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove and cook top. Well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the family as you would at home. Coffee machine for your enjoyment with ground coffee provided.
Large open lounge with comfy sofas, smart tv, reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating for year round comfort.
WIFI throughout complimentary
Central bathroom with both bath and shower.
Separate toilet.
Full size laundry with washing machine
The back yard is fully enclosed and large enough to enjoy a kick with the kids or throw a ball with your pet!

If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, storm, damage):
✔️ You will be notified immediately
✔️ We will attempt to arrange alternative accommodation
💰 If unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued
❗ No liability for additional accommodation costs

Immediate eviction (no refund)

🚭 No smoking ($400 penalty)
🚫 No illicit drugs or intoxicated individuals
🔧 Must allow access for repairs/services when required
⚠️ We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings
📦 Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
