Beautiful apartment with all modern comforts near the beaches of Nazaré at 5km and São Martinho do Porto at a little more, Alcobaça is 5 km away it is 1 km from the exit of the A8 motorway which connects Lisbon to Porto by the coast. Lisbon airport is about 1 hour by car about a hundred Kms. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, etc.) and a comfortable living room with a 3-seater sofa. + chaise longue, a clic-clac, a television etc, and of an entrance hall and finally of a small terrace giving on the parental room from where one has a beautiful point of view on the village and the surroundings. it is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it has sloping ceilings from at least 3.5m so you can breathe well as you can see in the photos, it has lots of light. Two gems of medieval Portuguese architecture can be found nearby, the Cistercian monastery of Alcobaça with the famous tombs of Ines de Castro (the famous Dead Queen) and Peter 1st of Portugal, and the monastery of Batalha with its imperfect chapels and their lace carved in stone. Valado is a charming village where you have to get lost in its narrow alleys which are reminiscent of its distant Moorish origins where you will discover small shops nestled in its charming little corners.
