Exclusively brought to you by Paradise Retreats, it is the perfect spot for water sports, beach enthusiasts, and those who love the views but prefer not to get sandy. You’ll be just one block from Linden Ave to enjoy burgers from The Spot, locally brewed beer at Island Brewing Company, and an upscale seafood dinner from Little Dom’s.
The first-level apartment offers big picture windows as the ideal spot to watch sunsets over the ocean and dolphins cruising through the Santa Barbara Channel. An open kitchen, and dining room with trendy decor complete the beachy vibes. The condo complex also offers a beachside patio with two gas grills to cook outdoors.
PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months (November-March), the City may erect a sand wall to protect all of the beachfront properties from winter swells and storms. While it protects homes, it does have the potential to block the view of the ocean from lower levels of the home.

Very comfortable and well stocked/equipped home leaving us very sad to leave! As a VRBO owner myself, I appreciate staying in a home that doesn’t feel like a hotel! The management company was responsive and easy to deal with.

Place was great, deadbolt is a bit sticky and there was big group upstairs, so kind of noisy but the condo itself and the complex, location are fantastic!

We loved our stay at Carpenteria Dreaming and we look forward to returning. The Condo was so inviting and so well laid out. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was the best. We had my 99 year old mother with us and it was so easy tobring her outside onto the patio and even onto the beach with us. Cooking in the kitchen was always so pleasant because you look right out onto the sand and water. When our stay was over we actually felt sad to be leaving our little piece of paradise. It was exactly what we needed and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Carpenteria has become a favorite place for me and my family. Everyone in the town is so friendly and helpful. The water is a wonderful temperature and easy to swim in even with small children. The place was so clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. There wasn't one thing we could find wrong with the place. It really felt like home away from home and we can't wait to return next year.
