The large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings has king bed, en suite bath with lots of light streaming in the clerestory windows. In the queen bedroom, just crack the window and fall asleep to the relaxing sound of waves. Both bedrooms have spacious closets, shelves and dressers. This non-smoking gated complex offers 2 dedicated parking spaces, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a lovely patio with picnic tables, umbrellas and built-in dual BBQ. Splash in the ocean, enjoy sunsets on the deck or patio while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail.

My wife and I are snow birds and leave the midwest every winter. Staying in this condo is a fabulous beachfront experience. The backyard of the property is the Pacific ocean. Great shell collecting, sunrise and sunset walks in the sand and dolphin watching!

We had a fabulous front seat to the ever changing ocean views. Dolphins, surfers, high tide made dynamic entertainment. The berm was challenging on property but it goes away in March. Winter in Carpinteria is quiet, but never dull.

We loved this rental unit. It has a full view of the ocean; the highlight was the huge pod of dolphins we saw on the last day. The unit is sweet and clean and very well taken care of. We are planning a return trip now and look forward to staying here again! Thank you for the hospitality!
