Fantastic 3 bedroom / 2 bath, roomy, stand alone townhome with large front yard and private hot-tub. Parking is off street in a carport. This townhome is perfect for a family. The home has a fireplace in the living room, and is walking distance to the beach and downtown Carpinteria (2 short blocks). You are close to Tomol park, Linden field,

Beautiful location! Walking distance to everything! Kitchen was fully equipped and there was a laundry room. Condo was immaculate! The yard out front made it feel complete Also a beautiful porch for morning coffee. I would recommend this stay, and would stay there again, in lovely Carpinteria!

This home was perfect for my family of 5 to have a mellow weekend away and walk to and from the beach. The hot tub is a perfect way to end the day. Hope to return in the future.
