About this house rental
The house is located in a quiet family area. The 3 Bedrooms sleep a minimum if 6 confortably (Queen, Queen, 2 Twins) and each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sun room and a futon in the twin bedroom, guests planning to use the futon as a bed will need to provide their own sheets (Full Size). The second floor main bedroom opens onto a private sun deck overlooking the private backyard. The main en-suite includes a walk-in shower and a SPA tub.
The open living area includes a dining area on one side of the kitchen and the living room on the other. The dining area is great not only for meals, but arts, crafts and games. You can easily move from the kitchen to the living room and then out to the sunroom or onto the back deck. Amenities include a washer and dryer, outside grill, a picnic table in the back yard, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The beach is only a short walk away down the third street access path, and the restaurants and shops of center street are also only 2 1/2 blocks away.

Great place, easy access to beach and the shops restaurants (2 blocks), clean, lots of games, kitchen gadgets, they even had beach chairs and a beach cart. We’d definitely stay here again.

Kitchen was excellent!!! Fully stocked if you like to cook. Beds comfortable. Outside shower is great for not tracking sand into the house. Screened in porch was delightful. Deck off of master is a great place to unwind after a day on the beach. We had such wonderful weekend. Areas of Improvement: Rooms were semi clean, cob webs in the master bath, furniture was dusty. TV is nice, watching a movie frustrating bc of buffering. First impression of the property not good-leaves and cob webs on the front porch, back porch full of Magnolia leaves. Not sure how much you pay the landscapers but you need to take a stroll over to the property and check it out. Back deck with grill was full of leaves and all furniture needed to be wiped down before you sat on it. Bedroom upstairs with twin beds, the toilet bowl does not fill properly.

This was our 2nd stay at the house and fits our family very well. A bedroom for us, a bedroom for the young family, and a bedroom for the teens. Plus plenty of space to spread out in Living room, dining room, and back porch. It is close to the beach and we appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Thanks

Place was nice.location great. OWNER LOCKED DOWN THERMOSTAT N REFUSED TO ALLOW US TO ADJUST IT. WHEN UR ON VACATION YOU WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE. VERY DISAPOINTED. IF OWNER CANNOT AFGORD ELECTRICITY BILL HE SHOULD NOT RENT IT. The amount charged was not cheap and we should have been able to be comfortable. I do not recommend renting this property.
