-Good location. -Nice, comfortable and clean room, bathroom and shower too. -The room was very quiet, but in winter time with the windows closed. -Good bed mattress. -The professionalism of the lady who brought me a radiator, which i used very little because -The room is quier warm in winter. -Reception 24/7. -You can leave your luggage in the hotel's deposite if you arrive before check in's time. -Prices are good for some dates, very high for other ones.

-In the facilities sector air conditioning and heating are mentioned as two different supplies. Well, they are not. There is no radiator in the bedroom, just a towel radiator (warmer) in the bathroom. With heating they mean that there is air conditioning with warm air. This is something that concerns a lot of hotels and in my opinion it should be concreted in booking's description. Aditionally, a few days before my arrival, i was assured that there is radiator in the room, which is false. I have to say that i was offered one, however attention to the information given to the client is a plus for every hotel. -Upon arrival i was informed that a subscription was compulsory in order to get access to hotel's wifi. This should also be concreted in facilities' description. If so, the "take it or leave it" answer i was given by the receptionist when i noticed that this was not concreted in facilities' description, would be reasonable. Without a prior notice, it was not. Νοr it is mentioned at a relevant question in "travelers' questions" section.
