Wonderful hot tub on private deck surrounded by trees.

It's a little grubby: carpet seemed old and dirty, linoleum scratched and tired.

Hot tub was very dirty! We had to sleep on the futon cause ladder up stairs was far too dangerous! Loud banging next door most of the night and morning
