The place was clean. It is a convenient location especially if you are going skiing. The beds were very comfortable.
The yard needs some care. I know Alaska doesn't do much to their yards but weeds and piles of debris should be cleaned up to make it more attractive. The counters in the kitchen were painted over and the paint is chipping off. The cabinets were painted but not very well. The futon is so skinny and really not comfortable.

Great location, comfy beds and sofa. Apartment is a good size and was very warm which was nice after a long day outside.
Access walkway was super icy and hard to navigate carrying snowboards and suitcases. There's a $100-some dollar additional cleaning fee from room rate, yet they still asked that we do dishes and take out the trash (not that we had much, but still).
