host was very responsive and nice, location is very ideal and close to nezu station, which is accessible to other parts of Tokyo. The unit is on the 2nd floor and the host lives on the 3rd floor. Because the stairs are narrow, the host will carry your luggage up to the unit for you.
the place is a bit dated, but you get what you pay for. the bed was very thin and uncomfortable and the duvet was synthetic and not breathable at all. we both woke up in sweat, even with the AC on throughout the night. The AC had some black mold spots inside, not sure if is common with the humidity of the climate..

Appartamento grande con ogni comodità. Rispetto alla media di Tokyo per due persone è estremamente comodo avendo un’ampia camera da letto, una cucina con spazio per un tavolino e un bagno oltre alla doccia. Proprietario estremamente gentile e attento a ogni richiesta. Zona meravigliosa e tranquilla con metro a due passi (200 mt) in zona centrale.
