Ferienwohnung Villa Haniel Edmund

Dieses Haus hat eine wunderbare Ausstrahlung. Die Wohnung Egmont hat eine sehr behagliche Atmosphäre, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und sie entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Wir (2 alte Frauen) haben uns enorm wohl gefühlt. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer und in der Veranda sind bequem und wir haben super geschlafen. Es ist sehr ruhig, auch innerhalb des Hauses, das noch andere Fewos bietet. 2 Fussminuten entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Der Gartensitzplatz ist gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich, es fehlt nichts. Die Vermittlerin kam pünktlich, um die Schlüssel zu übergeben und ist auch telefonisch erreichbar.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Wohnung ist allerdings nicht in der Altstadt, aber nur 10 Bus-Minuten von der City entfernt.

Very spacious apartment in an historic building. I loved the turn of the century features but with a well equipped modern kitchen and nice bathroom. The location was not too far from the main station and a bus close by goes directly to the main centre in Dresden.

Having to make an appointment to get the keys was ok but an extra hassle. However the explanations of how things worked were helpful so it was a trade off.

Prachtig huis met heel veel ruimte en mooie details. Goed bereik naar het centrum en heel dicht bij het station voor uitstapjes

Beetje weinig handdoeken en de tweede slaapkamer is niet goed te verduisteren waardoor we uiteindelijk toch maar met onze dreumes op 1 kamer sliepen .

Quiet residential neighbourhood. Spacious heritage apartment.

Poor communication with this host. Repeatedly ignored my emails requesting WhatsApp contact (we were travelling on data only plan) but gave WhatsApp number after check in. Check in was a hassle... had to make a precise appointment for this by phone Wanted to charge us 20 euros to check in 2 hours early despite apartment being empty. Requested 100 euro deposit for the key. Housekeeping staff were knocking on the door 20 minutes before check out time. Made us feel like we were imposing on them rather than being welcome guests.
