Schöne Wohnung und gut ausgestattet.
Bad / Fugen könnten mal erneuert werden aber das ist eher subjektiv.

Long ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen und unfassbar hilfsbereit. Top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht für eine gute Zeit in Dresden.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, man ist mitten in Neustadt und hat die Kunsthöfe und viele Restaurants, Lokale, Bäckerei und was man für einen kurzen Städtetrip benötigt fußläufig. Parken ist auch gut möglich. Die Wohnung ist gut geschitten, helle große Räume mit Balkon zum Innenhof.
Das Bad ist schlecht belüftet, die Silkondichtung an der Badewanne ist schimmlig und muss erneuert werden. Es gab keinen funktionierenden Esstisch, ein Bein ist kaputt - der Tisch fällt um. Geschirr aus dem Schrank war teilweise kaputt, Milch lief aus den MüsliSchalen aus. Die Ausstattung ist nicht ok. Erst recht nicht für den hohen Preis.
