Nicely decorated and close to all the shops and beach

Great location, close to the beach , restaurants , cafes shops. Able to leave the car in the garage & walk everywhere.
Lovely unit with everything we needed. Very spacious & comfortable.
The cleanliness of the unit was not great. A deep clean is very much needed & it appeared as though it had not been cleaned very well from the previous tennants recently. In particular the kitchen & bathroom area.
Dust & mould was visable .

It was roomy and close to everything.
The main shower did work properly, the slats under the main bedroom bed kept falling out and the dishwasher didn’t work.

Ideal location, walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants
The apartment was not ideally clean. Before we could cook anything we had to SCRUB the BBQ! The grease build up was horrific! The microwave was covered in something that had exploded and was cooked on, so that had to be scrubbed as well! The dryer Lint trap was full of sand and needed a good vacuum before use.
