Excellent room , looked kinda new , very clean and beautiful. I wish they would have more facilities for children, but overall the stay was great. The restaurant is excellent and the food amazing. Some of the staff is super nice, some of them not so much. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great hotel,wonderful restaurant whit lot off options and yummy deserts, the waiters are well trained and attentive, we like it !!!
The mattress and pillows are not OK at all ,please change them ,we couldn't sleep at all

Location and the view from the balcony with an exception.
Half of the hotel is in renovation. There were working men and construction materials in the lobby, on hallways, everywhere The furniture and design is really old and cheap. Is no more than 3 stars. The front of the hotel where the parking should be is a construction site. All this was not mentioned in our reservation.
