Enjoy our clean and affordable two bedroom condo right on the canal. You have your own dock for fishing, bring your boat or use the dock for fishing, kayaking or enjoying the sun. Two Kayaks are included with the rental!! Your dock is close to the Springs - (a long swim or a short Kayak paddle) the premiere spot for manatee watching or Snorkeling!
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking - refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, full sized stove and oven, and microwave plus all new utensils, cookware and dishes.
The bedroom features a great queen-size bed with high quality linens. The view from your bed overlooks the back yard and canal where you may be greeted by a morning manatee or dolphin swimming by.
The quiet neighborhood is safe and secure. There is a restaurant, dive shop, national park, and an outdoor sunset bar all within a five minute walk!
A big grocery store is two minutes away. A large mall with eight theaters is a ten minute drive. You will love the location, having so many restaurants, banks and shopping so close and having nature even closer!

Kitchen was Well-appointed. The back patio and floating dock afforded us fabulous views of manatees many times a day. With only a 100-yard paddle to Three Sisters Springs, we could choose our times to visit, avoiding any crowding. Also easy access from our boat dock to many islands, springs, great fishing, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I haven’t relaxed this much in years.

Absolutely perfect! We were really surprised! It was bigger and better than we expected it from the photos and from the reviews (I checked it in advance on different platforms) Do not believe any negative comments about this place! We spent the best nights during our road trip there and we will definitely come back! One day Pete came to check something and took time to talk with us. If there would have been anything not perfect, he would have fixed it. We made several kayak trips. Once we saw dolphins hunting in the canal near Three Sisters Springs. And we saw several manatees. Perfect location to visit Three Sister Springs in the morning before the tourist tours arrive and in the evening after all the people are gone again.One time I even swam the distance instead of taking the kayak.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Crystal River. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The bed wasn’t real comfortable. But it served its purpose of being a place to stay while we got our scuba certification.
