About this villa rental
Welcome to your home away from home on the water! Our condo is just steps from a floating dock and only about 100 yards from the famous Three Sisters Springs, where you can often spot manatees in the winter. You can bring your own boat, or take out one of the two kayaks we provide for some fun on the water. Inside, the condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen for family meals, and a comfy living room for relaxing together. The backyard is shared with our three other vacation rentals, making it a friendly spot for kids to play or families to meet. With shops and restaurants just around the corner, you’ll love how easy it is to enjoy everything the area has to offer!

Wonderful property that our family of four thoroughly enjoyed for 5 nights, 6 days. We were starting and ending our days with poles in the water, and the kayaks were used daily for fishing & moving about on the water. Loved the very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, and early quiet hours of 9:00 pm. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Easy access to the Springs and plenty of parking.Stairs were a little steep for 2 almost 80-year olds.

Location location location. We love our stay here on the canal. Three sisters springs is a 5 minute paddle down the canal and we enjoyed going in the evening and had it ourselves for 3 nights in the row. Pete was a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond to my messages and very kind. We had a problem with a light downstairs and he came right over to fix it. Bess were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had basic amenities. The place could use a good cleaning but over all for the price and location we was ok with it. Neighbor was very sweet. Over all I would definitely come back here.

Nice man that runs the condo. Next door neighbor's dog was so much fun to play with. Place could have been a bit cleaner, but that's okay.
