A nice and big house near the sea

The house was very nice, spacious and quiet, the kitchen was well equipped, the neighborhood was beautiful and close to the center of Wenduine.

The kitchen was a bit old, the stairs were quite narrow, the living room area smelt like smoke.

Good

The landlord requested a compensation at the end of the stay for not having "properly cleaned" the flat. However, the terms of applicability for this compensation were not agreed at the check-in by no mean and the flat was cleaned and returned to the landlord in a fair state (and without damages). Basically, with our unexpected fine, we paid the cleaning fees flat for the next visitors
