Tolle Lage, viel Platz und sehr hell. Tolle Matratzen!
Die Wohnung hat ein paar Defekte (Schranktüren, -Henkel, Hebel) aber nichts was die Nutzung der Wohnung nachhaltig beeinträchtigen würde. Lediglich in den Glas- und Tassenschränken riecht es feucht (schimmelig), das sollte man sich mal ansehen. Einmal hat uns die Wohnungstür nicht mehr reingelassene, aber da haben die Vermieter umgehend durch einen sehr freundlichen Schlüsseldienst reagiert und geholfen.

Het is een ruim appartement met een fijne ligging.
Er is eigenlijk groot onderhoud nodig naar mijn mening. De badkamer heeft schimmel op het plafond en de radiator roest weg. Het douche putje loopt slecht weg. De losse toilet stinkt en spoelt slecht door. De gordijnen zijn smerig en er waren enkele lampen kapot. Het bankstel heeft kapotte bekleding en de mat in de woonkamer zou wel eens goed gereinigingt mogen worden. Enkele deuren schaven. In de keuken is een handgreep kapot. Het servies is aan vervanging toe enzzz... Oppervlakkig was het wel schoon gelukkig.
