The breakfast was great.

We came past 12 mn and it took a long time for us to get check in. All the staff was ok but the last girl at the front desk was so sarcastic (may22 around 6pm), we were asking for a hotel transport to the airport and her tone of voice was sarcastic .

We traveled all over Uzbekistan. We stayed only in hotels and can compare the quality of hotels in Uzbekistan. And in our opinion, this is ONE OF THE BEST hotels among the many we stayed at. The quality and service of hotels in Uzbekistan leave much to be desired. But this is the one we would gladly return to. This is more than just a hotel — it's like a mini-resort. + Professional staff. Customer-oriented. They tried to find a non-smoking room for us. They were flexible with check-in and check-out. Special thanks to the manager, Zubeyda. They responded quickly to requests. +++ Spa and pool. A calm and cozy place to take a break from the noise of Tashkent. There is a sauna, steam bath, hammam, salt room. + Breakfast: plenty to choose from. You can order a fresh omelet and have coffee made. + Spacious, bright room. Modern design. View of the garden. No dust-collecting wall-to-wall carpet + Located among private houses — it was quiet. + Light live music in the evening at the restaurant.

If these things are improved, this hotel would be top-notch. - Housekeeping. Wet bathrobes were not replaced. The bed was made carelessly. Our belongings, bedspread, and pillows were not folded. Small debris and strands of hair remained on the table and floor. - The room had an adjoining door to the neighboring room. We could hear everything happening next door. At night, when they were drinking alcohol and laughing, it disturbed our sleep. We had to ask the reception three times to resolve the problem. But they eventually did.
