Great spacious room, bad parking, and worse customer service.

* The room was clean upon our arrival. * Balkon with a great view. * The building has an elevator. * Great place on the 6th floor for watching the sunset and enjoying your drink.

* Promise parking is only a dream! The garage is too small for a car to maneuver in and is always occupied, so you have to park outside at the abandoned construction site. If you park anywhere else around the building, nervous neighbors will come to threaten you. * I informed them over Booking that we would come early and demand early check-in between 09 and 10AM. Also, one more time via private message, they confirmed all was fine. On our arrival, after almost 20 hours of driving, with three small children, we waited two hours for our room because they had ‘problems with the previous customer’. * During our three-day stay, no one came or asked to clean the room, replace the towers, or change the bed linen. * We will never come again!

Clean and a big apartment, near the beach. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the terrace on the roof of the building. Friendly host. The car could be left in the underground car park.

Only one wardrobe, a bit small for a longer rest. Building on a busy street, downstairs a restaurant with music - but if You close the windows, in the room will be silent.

Small place, great beach, affordable prices

Location is about 100m far away from Veliki pijesak beach. From the very beginning to the end we had excellent communication with host. Apartment was clean and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised with quiet environment, which is hard to find during summer season. Elma and especially her husband were very pleasant and we give 100% recommendation for this object.

Superb

The location is in a really good place. To found the "Elma" hotel is easy, because from the main road when you driving through Dobra Voda you will see "Franca" supermarket on the crossroad. At this crossroad, you will turn right, and after 100 meters you will see "Elma". You can choose several restaurants nearby if you want to eat in, or you have a small kitchen in the apartment for preparing food. For the second opportunity, you can found close several supermarkets and groceries. For your car is the available garage and from here you have a lift to your floor. The apartment is clean, commodious, with a nice balcony. On the top of the building is a big and nice terrace with a mini-bar. Beach is nearby too, approximately 200 meters from the apartment. The owner and personnel are friendly mood and is always at your service.

Summer holiday stay for those who don't mind overcrowded beaches.

New appartment, very clean. From the appartment view to the mediterrean across other buildings. Owners are prepared for unfortunately frequent power blackouts with emergency lights in the living room.

Only limited equipment - we came as a family of five, but there is only one small cupboard to store clothes. After suggestion, owner brought us a big knife and a fifth chair, so that one of us would not have to coninue sitting on the floor while eating. Was taken aback that owner kept our passports during the stay. Not linked to the appartment: Beach was heavily overcrowded, so we rather drove every day to other beaches.

Na jedną noc się nada, na dłużej będzie ciężko.

Apartament bardzo kiepsko wyposażony. Nie było papieru toaletowego, nie wspomnę już o pralce czy innych udogodnieniach. Aneks kuchenny słabo wyposażony, brak stołu, żeby normalnie zjeść posiłek.

Meg voltunk elegedve, nagyon jo ar/ertek arany! Minden megfelel a leirtaknak, kepeknek

Nagyon jo helyem, 5-8 perc seta a tenger (visszafele 13 🙂), teljesen onellato, 5 nap alatt nem voltak takaritani agynemut cserelni (annyira nem nagy gond). Elegge felszerelt konyha, reggelit kenyelmesen lehet kesziteni, jo nagy terasszal. Legkondi nagyon jol mukodott, wifi ritkan szakadozott de celnak megfelel. Melygarazs van, ami fontos mert nehez parkolni , egy nagy tetoterasz gyonyoru kilatassal a tengerre, varosra, hegyekre. Kedves, segitokesz szemelyzet!!!
