Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Neubaugebiet, ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, Aufzug zur Wohnung im 3. Stock, Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, offener Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, verglaster Balkon, Klimaanlage, modern und voll eingerichtet. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt dauert ca. 20 Minuten, drei Restaurants in der Nähe, LIDL, Konsum und Kaufland nicht weit weg.
Das Bad war etwas dunkel, Dusche in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.

odličan stan, čisto, uredno, sve lijepo složeno. u kuhinji sve potrebno.
klima uređaj ima odvod zraka na balkon koji je ostakljen. moja greška je bila jer sam zračila spavaću sobu :) pa je lijepo mirisala po kuhanju :) obavezno napomena: otvorite prozor na balkonu dok kuhate ili cijelu kliznu stijenu! i zatvorite balkonska vrata od sobe u kojoj spavate za to vrijeme, i onda je perfektno. vidim svrhu ostakljenog balkona kada pada kiša. romantično je i funkcionalno. možeš piti kavu na balkonu i uživati.
