This accommodation is an excellent choice for families due to its fantastic location near the beach, just a two-minute walk away. The host is very friendly and responds promptly to any concerns you may have.
The main entrance to the building is located at the back of the rooms. However, the bathroom is quite small and can be challenging to navigate (a real minus point), particularly because the ceiling height is affected by the integrated boiler situated above it. At first, it smells a little moldy, because of the old furniture.

We visit nea peramos a lot. The apartment was close to ammolofoi which was 15 minute walk. and 2 minutes from the city center.
The tv had a lot of channels plus nova . The wifi was excellent . A lot of towels were provided .The temperature of the house was nice. There was a free parking spot. The hosts were very pleasant.
For us our top criteria for ratting a property , is cleanliness and hygiene. Unfortunately both of the criteria was below average . A lot of stains in almost every surface , the bathroom had toothpaste on the door , and there was bad smell at all the rooms. Also there were many holes and scratches on the walls . We preferred to stay outdoors as much as possible. Also the photos on booking are a bit misleading.
