Exceptional

A very nice place for a family vacation, clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff is very responsive. The lock had to be changed, due to our mistake, it was done without asking for additional funds for it. The location is excellent, 20 meters from the supermarket and two blocks from the beach and the main street. The garden is big and great for children to play in. We would love to visit again.

An oasis in the middle of the town

There is a big garden, a parking place (it's difficult to find a place to park in the area). Sofia's garden is like an oasis in the middle of the town. Alexandros, the owner is a really very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is FULLY equipped (even for a fastidious person like me 😁). The bed linen and towels were very clean. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and the pillows were soooo comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sofia's garden to my friends and relatives and we will go again.

A lovely place to which we would gladly come back next year.

Exceptionally lovely place, a classic house with sizeable yard full of plants (flowers, trees, fruits and vegetables). This also means you have a private parking place in shade (which is a notable benefit in Peramos). Great location, 1-2 minutes to the closest beach, while in close (50-100m) vicinity of the apartment, you will find a large supermarket (Masoutis), three good rated restaurants, large bakery, etc. Yet, it is a quite place, no annoying noise during night. The apartment we reserved, consisted of 2 bedrooms and the living room. It is comfortable, equipped with all necessary staff: two A/Cs + one ventilator, dishwasher, washing machine, toster, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, etc, all fully operational. Plus, all small supplies provided (cups, glasses, knives, forks, hygiene supplies). Whatever you might reasonably need, it is available. Anti mosquito nets placed to all windows, including the entrance door. Enough towels in the bathroom, warm water available all the time. Towels and bed sheets are changed 5th day, and the apartment was cleaned up thoroughly keeping the hygiene at the high level. The last but not the least is the HOST who deserves special credits. Alexandros is a great man, very friendly, polite, attentive and hospitable. He does his best to make sure his guests have a pleasant stay in the apartment. His welcome, stay and farewell gestures are excellent example of traditional Greek hospitality "FILOXENIA" that we appreciate so much.

We enjoyed our stay

The accommodation is very nice, big and beautiful house. Everything was clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was large and beautiful garden. The kids enjoyed playing there a lot. The hosts were very polite and fiendly with us and were responsive to all our questions. There is a first aid kit which we used as I forgot to take some of the medicines I needed. The place corresponds to what is announced on the website. There is a private parking space. We felt very comportable staying at the place and would be very happy to visit it again and meet the hosts. :)

Alexandros is a great man. He speaks English which is good. We were able to communicate. The place is great, quiet, clean with a private parking for the car. We had also nice view.

Exceptional

Superfriendly owner, he made us feel like guests at a friend's place. On our last morning, a pile of fresh fruit were waiting for us on the balkony as a refresher for the travel. The garden is nice and well maintained. Very good location, the beach, the restaurants, supermaket and bakery are in a few minutes walk. The apartment is cosy and well equiped, beds are comfortable.
