The house is very nice, it has a lot of character being an old house and having preserved it's originality. The owners are very nice, attentive to what we needed. The courtyard is huge, a lovely place to spend your time. The beach is 100m away, straight ahead from the house. The center of the town is 10 - 15 mins walking. We had our sheets and towels changed every 3 days.
There is only one toilet (2 baths: one complete and one with no toilet, only sink and shower) which I didn't understand from the presentation on Booking and would have been a deal breaker for me. Also, there is no outside window in any of the baths and on both the smell is heavy.
You could hear ouside noises and there were a lot (people voices, traffic all night etc). For light sleepers this is a problem as they could not have a full night sleep during our stay.
There was no cleaning during our 11 days stay and no trash emptying, we did it and took the trash to the close outside garbage bins. This was not obvious from the descriprion and would have been a deal breaker together with the toilet situation (it was not a big thing, but just because for me holydays are for rest, not clean)

Our stay was truly wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious, with a vast and stunning garden perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating—every need was thoughtfully taken care of. It genuinely felt like coming home.

Anastasia and Costas are perfect hosts. Very receptive.
The terrace is very big and green.
Very quiet place.
Everything you may need is in 5-10 min walk or 2 min drive.
The beach is 2 min walk.
Highly recommend for families.
