Exceptional Seaside Accommodation We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Nea Moudania and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that both the property and the owner's hospitality would make our holiday memorable. **Accommodation & Layout** The apartment is impressively spacious with two comfortable bedrooms and a generous living room that easily accommodates families or groups. The sleeping arrangements are excellent—the beds are genuinely comfortable and ensure a good night's rest. **Kitchen & Amenities** The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped for self-catering. It features a large refrigerator, modern appliances, and a quality oven that made cooking a pleasure rather than a chore. Beyond the kitchen, there is abundant storage throughout the apartment with numerous wardrobes and cupboards, which is often lacking in holiday rentals. **Bathrooms** The apartment includes both a main bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. This dual-facility arrangement is highly convenient. **Outdoor Space** The two terraces are a real highlight. The larger terrace is particularly spacious and provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining and relaxation—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere. **Location** The location is outstanding. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach and conveniently close to the center of Nea Moudania, offering excellent access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. **Owner Experience** The booking through Booking.com was seamless, and the communication with the owner was exemplary. When we arrived two hours earlier than the scheduled check-in, the owner graciously accommodated us and had the apartment prepared ahead of time. This level of flexibility and courtesy truly enhanced stay.

The only small observation is that the bathroom could benefit from more frequent attention to cleaning standards, though this is a minor point that doesn’t significantly detract from the overall experience.

Све нам се допало, локација, пространост апартмана, чистоћа, опремљеност, мноштво места за одлагање ствари, кофера, два тоалета, две простране терасе, две спаваће собе, велики дневни боравак са трпезаријом и кухињом, веш-машина, све то је допринело да петочланој породици буде олакшан десетодневни боравак на мору. Spacious and comfortable flat. One shower only but enough for 3 people. Excellent equipped kitchen and dining room. Large smart TV and fast WiFi. Comfortable king size beds.

Huoneiston keittiö ja oleilutilat olivat tilavat ja viihtyisät sekä ilmastointilaite tehokas. Kappitilaa erittäin paljon! Läpitalon huoneisto, jossa parvekkeet molempiin suuntiin. Erinomaiset tilat neljälle.

Rappukäytävässä oli ajoittain voimakas bensiininhaju. Pienillä parannuksilla (esim. pyykinpesuainetta ja astiapyyhe sekä kätevä lattiaharja tai varsi-imuri vuokranantajan puolesta, useampia avaimia, kirjalliset ohjeet wifiin jne.) asiakaskokemusta voisi parantaa.
