It was a perfect size and location for our needs as a group of friends to enjoy Malaga.

The only CON which cannot be prevented is the noise of the passing road. But that is the compromise of the location.

Stunning views but noisy.

Laura was fantastic. Met us when we arrived, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment is very spacious and location is very good 30/35 mins walk to old town and also to Pedregalejo. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms/3 toilets. Parking space is perfect and easy and safe access to apartment. Lock. 24/7 security is reassuring also. Convenience store 1 minute away and bigger store 10 mins walk. Beautiful clean beach across the road also. Taxi rank outside the next door hospital is also a bonus.

Similar to other reviews the road is very busy and very noisy, not helped by the poor quality of windows and doors, some didn’t close or lock either. The noise was so load it’s not really possible to sit on the balcony. Master en-suite is very old fashioned and awkward to get in and out of the leaky shower. Apartment overall is dated and in need of a some love and attention. Some painting(especially the overhead on balcony) and care generally and this would be a 5* review. Overall a very good stay in a lovely residential neighbourhood.

We didn’t want to leave this gorgeous apartment with the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The photos on Booking.com are accurate. This huge, beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment has three bedrooms that overlook the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom has glass doors that open up to a large wrap-around terrace. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped. The two full bathrooms are huge and there is also a half bathroom. Our contact was Laura who met us at the property and answered our questions throughout our stay. It was a perfect stay. No one in our party wanted to leave.

Nothing much to say here. Just be aware that, for people with accessibility issues, there are a couple of steps in the master bathroom that lead to the toilet and jacuzzi tub.

The apartment has amazing views of the sea particularly at sunrise and sunset. It is very convenient to restaurants, food stores and good bus routes. The whole apartment is very spacious, well equipped and it has great internet.

Host is very responsive and helpful. Cooking utensils and essential ingredients are well stocked. Convenient place to stay if you are driving: parking under the apartment.

All doors to Bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets have no locks. We were anxious in the bathrooms and toilets because we have kids who might open the door anytime.. Mattress and pillows: we prefer abit firmer ones.

Duży przestronny fajna lokalizacja ale z mankamentem

Apartament jest naprawdę duży bardzo przestronny 3 osobne sypialnie duży salon osobna kuchnia 3 toalety, imponujący przestronny balkon taras z widokiem, miejsce prywatne parkingowe i bliskość morza! Sklep restauracje za rogiem. Bardzo dobry i przyjemny kontakt z właścicielem to wszystko na duży plus. Czysto schludnie, może nie sterylne ale ok, generalnie uważam że lepiej się prezentowało niż na zdjęciach, klima też ok.

2 duże mankamenty, 1: hałas od ulicy, ruch jest bardzo intensywny i będzie to przeszkadzać szczególnie głośno na tarasie, w nocy też koniecznie trzeba pozamykać okna; 2 ciepła woda, apartament jest wyposażony w gazowy przepływowy podgrzewacz wody, niestety nie można korzystać z 2 łazienek jednocześnie ponieważ urządzenie nie jest wydajne i woda jest zimna, ponadto w trakcie naszego pobytu podgrzewać uległ awarii i wogóle przestał działać , nie mieliśmy wogóle ciepłej wody do kampieli, temat został zgłoszony, właściciel podjął działania ale bezskutecznie i do końca pobytu już awarii nie udało się naprawić to był bardzo duży minus

Insgesamt macht das Apartment einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck und würde von einer gründlichen Überarbeitung

Die Lage der Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön – der Strand ist traumhaft und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings ist es durch den Verkehr recht laut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, die sich stets bemüht haben, uns zu helfen.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in mehreren Punkten nicht unseren Erwartungen: •Die Dusche und teilweise auch das Waschbecken waren stark verschimmelt (Silikon schwarz verfärbt). •Die Armaturen waren in sehr schlechtem Zustand (stark verkalkt). •Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war defekt und verschimmelt; als Ersatz wurde uns ein Ventilator bereitgestellt. •Der Backofen funktionierte nicht, stattdessen gab es einen kleinen Ersatzofen. •Im Wohnzimmer gab es eine starke Ameisenplage, die sich sogar auf der Couch ausbreitete. •Die Couch war zudem stark verschmutzt. •In einem der Badezimmer funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nur eingeschränkt. •Die Balkontüren ließen sich teilweise nur schwer oder gar nicht richtig schließen. •Barrierefreiheit war kaum gegeben: Mit einem Rollstuhl ist keines der Badezimmer zugänglich.

Apartamento en primera línea y cerca de Málaga

Está en primera línea de playa y muy cerca del centro de Málaga. Tiene incluido el parking pq es difícil de aparcar. Apartamento muy amplio con 3 baños.

La carretera está muy cerca y lleva mucho tráfico por tanto no se puede estar en la terraza para comer y cenar, con lo grande que es.

Straßenlärm, verschmutzt, abgewohnt, defektes Jalousie (nicht zu öffnen - Zimmer 3 Tage finster), Toilettenspülung defekt. Schimmel in den Sanitärbereichen.
