A warm and peaceful retreat with an amazing host – a place we would love to return to.

Fani is a truly wonderful and caring host. You can feel the love and attention she has put into every detail of the house and garden. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us – it has air conditioning, a terrace, and a small kitchen (without an oven, in case that matters to someone). For us, it wasn’t an issue since we didn’t cook during our stay. The yard is charming and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. For us, the location was excellent – quiet and serene, yet very convenient since we had a car.

Poorly stocked cutlery, small bathroom, only one roll of toilet paper, there was no table inside, onoy one small in the balcony.

The stay was very pleasant, overall, we loved it!

Spacious and clean room with regular cleaning every two days - much appreciated. Well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, cookware), and a lovely balcony with table, chairs, and even a water tap to wash your feet or things, which we discovered only two days in. You can park on the street in front of the property. Quiet area, nicely arranged yard – a bit far from the beach (by foot), but we will consider to be back if we plan to visit Halkidiki again in the future. The host, Fani, was nice and helpful!

Fridge was small but it wasn’t too big of a problem, and the freezer didn’t freeze quite well.

Dissapointment

Cleaning lady came everyday to clean our room. Bed is comfortable, big back yard.

Even though cleaning lady came everyday bathroom was always dirty and the floor was always wet because our bathroom toilet was leeking. When we said that to the owner they tried to turn it against us, that we did something but the state of the toilet was already like that when we came in the room. We didn't meet the owner, we only spoke on the phone. Also it's far from the city center and from the beach. Also it's very noisy, you can hear everything from the hallways, so it's a bit difficult when you are sleeping. Also the lighting in the room was very poor, the light on the balcony didn't work so we sat in the dark. They tranfered us to the other room on our last day, but nothing special was better.

Fantastic place to stay!

The apartment was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable, very clean with all the amenities. Near the center and most importantly with parking space which is an issue in Kallithea. The best part was Fani, our hostess, who was extremely helpful and always willing to make our stay pleasant. I definitely recommend this place!

I was beyond satisfied with this property and I would come back at any time. Fani was super friendly and welcoming, the property was clean, brand new and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the yard is to die for. 10/10 I recommend.

Very good location and very friendly hosts. You have many options when it comes to beach choice. Many supermarkets nearby and a nice village with lots of places to eat and buy stuff. Many coffee places food etc :)
