It was clean, the Air-conditioning was good for the whole apartment, the kitchen was functional, there was warm water for the shower at all times, the landlady was super nice, helpful and kind.
The faucet in the bathroom was leaking, the toilet wasn't flushing we had to use the bucket, the bathroom door is not closing at all and the handle falls off and there is a 10cm gap above the door, they could've put a construction foam at least, the neighbor's dogs were barking a lot at one occasion, there is no cellular reception/internet. 200 eur and a good handyman would solve most of the issues.
