Ideal apartment for two families

We spent four nights in this assortment as two families, that included four adults and four children. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The kitchen has a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and enough sets for two families. The apartment has also tv, good wifi connection, washing machine, a spacious bathroom. The host is friendly and always easy to reach. The apartment was super clean. Of course the location doesn't offer anything to explore by walking, but there tons of highlight to reach by car within one hour or driving.

L'appartement est très spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Le propriétaire nous a laissé la clé dans un petit coffre sécurisé, ce qui est très pratique car on peut arriver à l'heure qu'on veut

Mettre à disposition une machine à café à grains sans grains à l'intérieur. Je pense que ce serait attentionné et appréciable de laisser des grains à l'intérieur

Ottima posizione. Appartamento situato in una zona industriale a 15 minuti da Rulantica e Europa Park. Molto pulito e spazioso. 8 posti letto (singoli) come dichiarato. Parcheggio sotto casa.

Direi nulla, se proprio devo suggerire qualcosa avere un secondo bagno non sarebbe stato male.

Europa-Park und Rulantica

Wirklich eine schöne Wohnung, schön groß und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es sogar 2 Kühlschränke, einen Kaffee-Vollautomat (Bitte nicht - wie wir - die Kaffeebohnen vergessen !), einen Wasserkocher, Toaster und so weiter. Die Lage war für uns (2 Familien mit Kindern) völlig in Ordnung. 20 Kilometer bis zum Europa-Park bzw. Rulantica. Mehr wollten wir gar nicht sehen bzw. erleben !

Beim Betreten hat es im Flur regelmäßig nach Benzin gerochen (kommt vielleicht von unten von der Werkstatt ?!). Der Geruch hat sich allerdings schnell verzogen. Richtig ungünstig ist wirklich nur, dass die Wohnung nur 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette hat, aber kein separates WC. Das hat bei und regelmäßig zu langen Staus und Wartezeiten und ... gesorgt ...

Parfait pour notre séjour à Europapark 🐭

Appartement très spacieux pour 8 personnes avec 3 pièces avec chacune 2 à 3 lits simples. Très grande salle de bain avec une baignoire et une douche. Facile de garer 2 véhicules au bas des escaliers de l'appartement.

Für einer Kurzaufenthalt mit einer Gruppe gut geeignet.

Die Unterkunft war für unsere achtköpfige Gruppe passgerecht und bot (fast) alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit 2 Übernachtungen braucht.

Leider funktionierten die beiden Fernsehgeräte (auch nach Einspruch beim Vermieter) nicht. Offenbar war die Sattelitenschüssel defekt und muss ausgewechselt werden, wie uns der Vermieter nach einer "Inspektion" per Mail mitteilte.. Dass eine Ferienwohnung für 8 Personen nur über eine Toilette verfügt, ist natürlich ziemlich schlecht.

Sehr angenehme und geräumige Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber, alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Passt gut für größere Gruppen. Fernseher mit Netflix Zugang. Für eine Reise zum Europapark gute Lage.

Die Lage ist im Industriegebiet, zu Fuß ist leider nicht viel zu erreichen (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Ein Bad für größere Gruppen kann zu wenig sein.
