Nice big comfortable rooms and spacious environment. Pleasant and attentive staff. Playroom for young children (ball pool). Pet friendly hotel
It is a bit far from the city for a weekend city break. In the winter/early Spring, you do not get the same enjoyment of the forest surroundings, and the forest is not as beautiful. The nearby restaurant in the castle is quite expensive and there are no other options in close proximity. The breakfast is fine but not exceptional (could offer more variety)

It was inexpensive and close to the airport with nice location in the middle of the forrest

Location and atmosphere, surroundings. Little kids area as well which was nice.
Building was a bit peculiar. Felt like a prison almost but not a major problem.

I only stayed for one night. The staff were helpful, the room clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful from what I saw.
The corridors could have a little more lighting and it would have been nice to access Netflix.
