About this apartment rental
Come stay in my newly renovated condo right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I manage this property personally to ensure the best experience. No management company! This 750 SF condo features 1 bedroom with king bed with Serta iComfort memory foam mattress and premium linens, large walk-in closet, full bath with tub/shower and brand new cabinetry and granite counters. The large large living room is fully furnished with a pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The brand new kitchen is complete with all new custom cabinetry, high-end granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including cookware, a spice rack and small appliances such as a blender, crock pot and mixer to name a few. The immaculately kept grounds feature a huge resort-like pool and spa as well as a gym with cardio machines and weights.

Very nice condo, clean and well equipped. Location is great - we walked to the downtown area plus quite a bit of shopping right across the street. Very quiet, well appointed. Pool was nice. We didn’t use the hot tub or gym. Good value for the price. Would be happy to stay there again.

This was a great property that was perfect for our stay. So many nice amenities included by the hostJennifer. We also loved the complex and pool and the area was perfect for walking to all of Old Scottsdale and walking paths. Loved it!

This is a very nice condo. A few maintenance issues but very comfortable. Good location to Old Town—1 mile walk. Great pool area with lots of loungers and chairs. Quiet complex and friendly people.
