Location
This villa proposed by Antilles Exception is located at Pointe Jacob, in François.
Facing the ocean, the villa enjoys a quiet tropical environment. It also has a dock (only the owner of the property sometimes uses it) and, if you rent a boat, you can easily access the "Fonds Blancs" and the neighboring islands.
Cap Est's small beach and beach restaurant are about 800 meters away, shops in François are about 10 km away.
Produce and fish markets in Vauclin, are also at about 10 km away.
The Lodging
With a surface area of more than 450m ² (including 270m ² closed rooms), this magnificent architect's villa proposed by Antilles Exception is divided over 2 levels:
The upper level includes:
- 2 Large air-conditioned bedrooms with king size bed (200X200), ensuite bathrooms with shower and seaview including a master bedroom
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 beds each (can be grouped into 1 queen size bed) and ensuite bathrooms with shower
- Adjacent to the master bedroom, a large sunbed area with seaview awaits you for a total relaxation moments, day and in moonlight.
The garden level includes:
- A living room extended by a large patio
- A large well equipped kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and sea
- An air-conditioned desk with a Wifi printer and a sofa
- A fifth bathroom with shower
- A home theater
In front of the patio, a large deck with lounge chairs borders the swimming pool and the 52m² pool house with a gazebo, a dining area for 12 and 2 large sofas.
In front of the pontoon, a traditional shelter and its small living room await you for calm and intimate moments facing sea.
Luxury does not only concern the aesthetics and comfort of the villa, it also includes the service of a housekeeper.
