Dear Elodie, Thank you so much for the phenomenal stay at Villa Tibaum this past March. You was perfect from the booking experience to the day we checked out of the villa; I could not have imagined a better first trip to Martinique.
Thanks to the seamless organization and logistics you provided, as well as a simply beautiful villa. My Family & I, we were simply thrilled with the entire experience.
You were the most responsive of all of the other potential villas we tried to rent from which was hugely reassuring; as soon as I had a question and would send it by email, I knew I would have a response from you in the next few hours which I found to be a very rare quality compared to the other villa rental companies I contacted.
For New Yorkers who expect extreme efficiency, you met this with ease and made us all feel that we were in good hands. I would love to come back again with friends, & of course we will book our next stay with you... Best, Jennifer
