About this house rental
This beautifully decorated and furnished home is glass fronted to take in the mountain views. The living room has a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, TV with satellite service, DVD and VCR players and movie selection. You'll love the mountain decor and artistic touches. There is a well equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The master bedroom on this level has a queen bed. There is a bathroom with large tub and separate shower. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbed set. On this level is also a second bathroom with shower. The loft area with futon/bunkbed set and air hockey table is the third sleeping area.
For outside lounging, A second floor deck is off the loft in addition to the large wraparound deck off the living room and kitchen on the main floor. A patio area in the trees is a great place to relax with a good book. Birds, deer and the occasional bear visit the property.
A double garage under the house is available for guest use.
This home is located within the Wyndham Resort area with four private, stocked fishing lakes and a beautiful Recreation Center with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise equipment and racquetball and volleyball courts. Fishing permits and use of the recreation center are available to home guests at the same rate as the property owner. National forest access and trails are nearby. Local property managers are available for easy check-in and to handle any problems that may arise during your stay.

Loved our stay. Beautiful home and amazing views. Kids loved sledding down the hill in front yard.

Upon arrival there was about 6" of snow and ice on the steps to the house. It was very difficult to navigate the luggage up the steps.
We had 7 of us and one decided to use the pullout sofa. Unfortunately, the sheets were crusty with crumbs throughout.
We were told there would be a binder with all information about the house, we never found it. The was one small piece of soap in the main, downstairs bathroom, no back up. There were no back up paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap or dish machine soap.
We reached out the property management company but didn't receive a response until hours later. They sent their housekeepers to the property and they left some clean sheets but didn't make the sofa bed. We were told we had left the house messy and they couldn't figure out what needed to be done. They wanted us to straighten up so they could do what they were supposed to have already done??
Overall, the house was nice, it was in a great location but the property management company couldn't have cared less.
