Minimum stay: 3 nights / 85 euros per night
We rent the apartment from 3 nights. Final cleaning an additional 50 euros.
In the heating season (October-April) we charge an additional 5 euros per night.
For more than 2 people: 10.- each for the 3rd or 4th Additional person and night.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 300 euros is to be deposited, which will be returned after the end of the stay, provided the tenant has not caused any damage.

For a fine breakfast you can buy fresh eggs from our happy chickens or buy our fine apple cider.

In our beautiful and bright 2 1/2 room granny flat on our idyllic farm with sheep husbandry, chickens, goats and cattle. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Zurich Oberland in a very charming nature with proximity to the metropolis of Zurich (approx. 35 minutes by car) and Winterthur (approx. 30 minutes by car). Lake Zurich with the beautiful town of Rapperswil is also around half an hour's drive from us. The German city of Constance (50 minutes by car) on Lake Constance is worth a trip for a day trip. Our farm is located in the middle of a wonderful hiking and skiing area (Atzmännig approx. 30 minutes by car). Two smaller ski lifts (Ghöch and Steig ski lifts) are only a few minutes away from our farm and are particularly recommended for beginners and children. Those who prefer to go cross-country skiing have a beautiful cross-country ski run nearby, which also invites them to take beautiful snow walks. The village Bäretswil is a municipality with about 5000 inhabitants and is located on the northwestern edge of the Allmann Range, in a "hollow" between Glatt and Tösstal. In a few minutes by car from our farm in the village, you can buy everything you need for self-sufficiency. We also have various Attractions. Among other things an old steam train and a vintage car museum.
The Bauma train station is 3 km away and the center of the next larger city, Wetzikon, is 8 km away. You can do many activities from us. An indoor pool (4 km away) or the Alpamare as a large swimming paradise is located in Pfäffikon SZ. In summer (swimming lakes, mountain biking, hiking) as well as in winter (skiing, cross-country skiing, ice rink, snow walks) you can experience an active vacation.
After a great day out, you can end the day by candlelight in our fully equipped, quiet apartment. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
