Ich habe eine Unterkunft gebucht, die als ganzes Objekt angegeben war, aber bei meiner Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass ich nur ein Zimmer gebucht hatte, das ich mit anderen Gästen teilen musste,es gibt mehrere Zimmer in dieser Wohnung .Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr klein und in einem unhygienischen Zustand. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig und stark verkalkt, und die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm nach Rauch und Schweiß. Nach nur einer Stunde in dieser Unterkunft habe ich beschlossen, sie zu verlassen, da ich mich dort nicht wohlfühlte. Leider wurde mir keine Rückerstattung gewährt, nicht einmal ein kleiner Betrag. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen und rate anderen, sich nach besseren Optionen umzusehen.

Irreführenden Angaben betr. Unterkunft. Es wird bei Buchung den Eindruck erweckt, dass das Zimmer, WC/Dusche, Küchennische zur Einzelnutzung zur Verfügung steht, aber man teilt sich WC/Dusche (sehr klein) mit Gästen in den 2 weiteren Zimmern die in der gleichen Wohnung vermietet werden. Bei Rückfragen ist die angegebene Kontakt- Person weder per Handy noch per Mail erreichbar, die Angaben zu Kontakt waren nicht mehr aktuell.
