Everyone was extremely kind, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were very flexible and accommodating. I accidentally took the soap from the hotel, and when I contacted them about it, they responded in a very kind and understanding way. I am truly grateful for their kindness and excellent hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

It was an excellent location near the train station. The hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful and nice. Would definitely come back to this hotel for future visits in Osaka.

Friendly staff who helped and spoke English to the best of their ability! They let me leave my luggage there before check-in. The rooms were clean and well prepped.

Walkable to metro station to catch to Osaka Umeda station

My room was located right next to elevator
The room was not soundproof I could hear noise in the hallway especially in early morning
