Ikia Aretousa

Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava perheellemme. Kolme ilmastointilaitetta toimivat moitteetta ja pitivät asunnon sopivan viileänä kuumana päivänä. Sijainti oli rauhallinen, mutta lähellä rantakatua ja kolmea ihanaa rantaa. Ravintoloita ja kauppoja on lähistöllä sopivasti ja bussilla pääsee helposti Haniaan, sekä Plataniakseen. Isäntä Manos oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias.

It was very clean, new and spacious. Just like on the pictures. Two bathrooms were very useful. It’s suitable also for longer stay. The location is quiet and close to everything needed. Owner is very kind, gave us good advices on where to go.

The appartment is really beautiful, looks just the way it looks on the photos! The roller blinds close perfectly so we all slept really good (and looong ;-). And the beds are exceptionally comfy. Also it is a very quiet area and the closest beaches are just 5 mins per feet.

Unfortunalety we couldn't get into our appartment until 18.00, which manos told us in advance, but it was still not ideal so late. Also for this price i would have expected some "details", for example at least 2-3 coffee-cups for the machine or a bottle of water. The dying rack is so rusty, i would not put something to dry on other than towels because of stains. One of the toilet seats was broken (which was not such a big problem, as the appartment has 2 toilets). These are just "peanuts", but the appartment is so luxurious (and so is the price), that these things did not fit with the rest. Overall it is a really nice place i would still recommend.

Everything about the place is outstanding and finished to the highest standard. The apartment has everything you can wish for and more, it is also in a great location. If I could rate it 10 stars I would!
