the property was very spacious and the pool was a great bonus.
nearby other buildings were under construction so surrounding areas were dusty.

Staff was welcoming, yet too many messages and presence. Even if the intention was positive, when on vacations, we need to be left quiet unless we need something.
Only one key carrying the badge which to be plugged for the aircon to work, so if no possibility for some people if they need to leave or stay asynchronously. On top you cannot charge any device or computer while out of the house. Same if you need to close the garden door, you need to unplug and lose light….
The location is not the best, quite far from Chania, while the closest beaches are not the most beautiful.
Price vs location is also way too unbalanced.
