The main ave. is just 30 meters away making accessibility very convenient but negligibly affected by noise given all windows are eastward toward the morning sun and westlake. It’s near water park, Ciputra mall with clear vast view of west lake in Tay Ho from high, a big wet market, various shops and restaurants offering all necessities you can possibly think of.
There are .. foreign tenants on various levels here momentarily that rarely see one another by chance due to high privacy embedded in design. You can independently go in and out at 2-3 am at night waiting ZERO second without inconveniencing anyone with a security coded 25m-range remote control and individual keys you get fm me.
