Everything about this place is great: the location, the building and the way it has been renovated, the rooms, and the common areas. But best of all, are the hosts, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help. As our car broke down, the owner took us to our canoeing outing in his own! And when we had to wait for it to get fixed, they were very helpful about it. Thank you so much, we hope to come again. Cannot recommend enough!

We enjoyed the quiet location, comfortable beds, and the friendliness of the lady owner during most of our stay. The town is charming and close to nature.

However, there were unexpected downsides: the first two days the restaurant was closed to the public and we were only served what was available, without a menu to choose from. Drinks at dinner were not included, even for a simple glass of wine, and cleaning was an extra cost that we didn’t know about beforehand. There is no on-site pool; instead they rent a nearby one by the hour. On check-out, an unpleasant comment from one of the owners left a bad impression. For the price, I would recommend clearer communication and more consistent service.
