Everything was perfect

The apartment was amazing, fully equipped and big enough for a group of 5 persons. Maria is a very nice person, she helped us with everything we asked for, she gave us very useful recommendations. Near the apartment you can find all you need: market, pharmacy, restaurant, bus station and parking places. We truly recommend the place.

Wonderful location, and great warm hosts. The apartment was very clean, everyrhing was like in the pictures, it was equipped with everyrhing needed for a nice vacation. There are tones of great beaches nearby, and many many nice small shops, coffee and gyros places in the neighbourhood. Maria, thank you and your family so much! See you next year!

Good location

Good location, helpful host and delicious fruits.

There is NO terrace in apartment, this is the building entrance, not an separated terrace from this apartment. The sofa bed and bed from left bedroom are very uncomfortable, u literally feel springs with your back. Bathroom had mold. Only one key and if u are big family it is very uncomfortable to wait each other, because the electricity does not work without key. The refrigerator makes strange noises like squeaks, that interfere at night.

The Sofis House is great place to stay in Kavala. Everything is as explained and displayed in images at the Booking web site. I would like to point out that the location is actually great if you go for summer holidays. First of all, there are some places to park you car nearby which is important in Kavala, if you travel by car. There are several beaches in area. Kalamitsa beach is at walking distance, perhaps it is not the best but it is close. Further more, there are other beaches which are closer to the Sofis's part of Kavala, for example Batis, Nea Iraklitsa, and Amolophi. There two bus lines connecting the place with the center of Kavala. The shops and restaurants are very close. The host, Maria, is very kind and accessible. She explained us many things about Kavala. The apartment is clean, and comfortable for family travel.

We had a wonderful stay and we would like to record our appreciation to Maria for her hospitality and kindness! The apartment definitely met our expectations. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was stocked with all items needed. Maria is a warm-hearted, generous and thoughtful person who has a touch for all the details - from the cold water in the fridge, fresh fruits to even flyers about Kavala in our language. The locations is great. There are all kind of small restaurants and plenty of street food, pharmacy, markets, coffee shops and of course the beach in the vicinity of the apartment! We definitely recommend Sofis House! Dear Maria, thank you for everything! It was a pleasure to get to know you!
