Exceptional

The apartment is cozy, clean and has everything you need. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea partially where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Our host Elephteria was very kind and helpful, she speaks perfect English and we enjoyed our conversations with her. She is a very positive and smiling woman! Free parking space is easy to find. Kalamitsa beach is very close to the property - 5 minutes by foot, city center is about 20-30 minutes walking distance, you can also take a bus or taxi.

Very clean. There was everything we needed. It is 5 minutes walk from the one of the beaches. The host is friendly and helpful.

Superb

Lydia's house is a cosy little flat with all necessary for an enjoyable stay in Kavala. With a cup of tea in my hand, I spent my mornings at the terrace gazing at the very close sea. Not more than a 10-min walk to the beach. There is also smart TV in the flat + good WiFi = my husband and son were able to watch one of their favourite football teams in the qualifications for the Conference League. The Sports Hall of Kavala is very close too. You can play basketball or to do jogging (if you want). There is a children's playground in the area too. And if you visit this place at the end of August, you will see how the Kalamitsa community has fun with souvlaki, beer, and live music. (an event that happens every year). The great plus of that place is the host. She is a very kind person with a big smile. Thank you for the grapes and cookies, Ελευθερία. I hope we meet you again.

Lydia's house is a very cozy place for holiday. The apartment is very clean, good decorated and has everyting for living. It also has a very nice terrace overseeing the sea partially. And Yes, the host is an amazing nice woman with very good english. There is no language barier betwen us and we had very good conversation with her. My family strongly recommend this place.

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean and had everything for living, even washing machine. On forth day we had a big cleaning and evrything was like we just arrive. The lady owner was very nice, helping with all we need and even gave us presents for our one year old daughter. Near the apartment is children's playground wich is perfect for kids. The south Kavala beach is also prety close. I strongly recoment this apartment.

Great place in terms of value for money

The host was super nice. it’s convenient that she lives upper floor so if you need anything she can support immediately. The house was extremely clean. It also has a very nice terrace overseeing the sea partially. One of the benefits of the location is that you can park your car without any trouble. I think the place looks better than on the pictures:)

Perfekte Unterkunft in Kavala

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Lydia's House! Die Besitzerin ist super herzlich und das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht, inklusive einer gemütlichen Terrasse. Es liegt in einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft in Kavala, nah zum Strand, Spielplatz, einigen netten Cafés und Restaurants. Ins Zentrum von Kavala kommt man in ca 10 Minuten einfach mit dem Auto oder Bus. Parkplätze sind ausreichend in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Apartments verfügbar. Wir empfehlen Lydia's House zu 100% weiter!

Lokacija je dobra, u blizini je plaža, a mirno je za odmor. Vlasnica je izuzetno ljubazna, i dala nam je sve potrebne informacije. Plaža Kalamitsi je oko 10 min peške. Centar Kavale je udaljen 3 km od smeštaja, sto je odlično.
