Just near bus and train station as it is an excellent location. Richard was also very friendly and accommodating as he always greets everyone with smile.

We stayed here for a week while traveling for a conference, and it was a great central location for getting to the convention center and also exploring the city. It's located very close to both Seong-su and Seoul Forest itself, which we enjoyed exploring in the evenings, and it's also right by the train going to Myeong-dong and Hong-dae. The facilities were very clean, and the host Richard was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are a bit small and limited, but we spent all our time in the city anyway so this wasn't a big issue. There is a bit of noise as expected from a hostel-type stay but nothing too bad.

The location and the price of the room were good.
The place needs improvement in cleanliness. The hallways were littered with dust, trash, and other items. I think having an affordable hotel should not mean that it shouldn't be clean.
