I would recommend to others with the caveat about the beds being soft.

The place was very clean, easy to find, great location with view of the ocean and great value.

The beds were too soft. It is time to replace the mattresses.

Beautiful location in a comfy home

Location location location; safe, comfortable; nice big main bedroom with jacuzzi jets & shower; 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, main bathroom with shower; good hot water pressure; towels & soap; washer & dryer in the unit with a few laundry soap tabs; the couch pulled out & seemed comfortable enough to sleep on; reclining chair and couches comfortable, pretty much everything you need for preparing meals in the kitchen; dishwasher with a few dish soap tabs. All in all a great place to hang for a week for the July 4th fireworks; we were there visiting family. Great communication with agent.

decor was a bit dated; could use a deep cleaning; no A/C (July can be hot during the day); not sure if someone lives upstairs or if it's another vacay rental

GREAT VIEW. QUIET. VERY VERY HOT INSIDE THE SUITE. NOT VERY CLEAN. MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING.

THE VIEW WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE PROPERTY WAS QUIET.

1. IT WAS BAKING HOT IN THE UNIT WHEN WE ARRIVED. NO AIR CONDITIONING. NO SCREENS ON WINDOWS SO LEAVING THEM OPEN WAS A PROBLEM. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF HOURS RUNNING FANS TO COOL THE PLACE ENOUGH TO STAY THERE OVERNIGHT. 2. IT WAS NOT CLEAN. AT THE REQUEST OF THE AGENT AT VACASA, I SENT PHOTOS OF THE CONDITION TO [email protected]. I DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY. SO, I WAS UNABLE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE. FORTUNATELY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. 3. I WOULD LIKE A DISCOUNT FOR MY RENTAL — ESPECIALLY AS I PAID FOR CLEANING IN THE CHARGES.

The lock has to be reset from the code it generated for us twice, a little hassle and it was late so I felt bad taking on my phone outside.

We loved the Coast Haven. Nice location close to local friends. We love coming to Port Orford.

The furniture could use an update. Obviously it’s been well used. The recliner was comfy but the couches were saggy.

Too much money. Uncomfortable and loud.

The view.

Internet was sub par .4 mbps so unable to use it for work. Came back one night to find kitchen flooded. Doors hollow and since unable to use A/C we had to open the windows and the hollow doors even with the doors closed banged all night in the wind. TV is shared with owner so sometimes no tv as when it is recording a program the tv goes blank. We visit Port Orford just about every year and this place, by far has the best view; however, the residence itself rates the worst for quality, comfort, internet and cost.

Fantastic place to stay.

The view was amazing, the location was great. I would put a little info together on Port Orford because there were so many beaches to explore and at least one within walking distance.

It has been warmer on the coast and it would be great to have had another fan or two. Other than that it was great
