Amazing and friendly staff at front desk that helped me find a tour guide to Viscri (ask for Ghezi-he was great!). Just a 3 minute walk from train station. I had very big room.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, which was the main reason I chose it. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and overall it provided a good base for exploring the city.
There was no kettle in the room to boil water. You could hear the neighbours if they spoke loudly. During my stay, the staff made a mistake and gave the same room to other guests, who entered while I was inside. The breakfast was not great, but enough to avoid feeling hungry. After my stay, I noticed large bite marks on my arms, which may have been caused by spiders.

Spacious lobby area; tea and coffee 24 hour self service; breakfast was good with enough selection.
Bed linen somewhat low quality giving a feeling of not so clean; room curtain not blackout; management of hotel gave an impression of old communist style.
