Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Really nice place for a family! Super close to the beach, coffee, groceries, and night life (Seacrets). Could have been cleaner (beds,linens, storage areas) bathrooms were clean!

This property is perfectly located for a OCMD vacation. I love the balcony you can sit and relax while you can see and hear the ocean waves. This property is practically beachfront. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of plenty of popular bars and restaurants. Also dumpsers ice cream is right across the street as well.
The property looks like it has recently been renovated as well. The furniture in the living room and dining room looked new. The fridge and stove were also new. The beds were all very comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again.

We had a great stay, you can’t beat the view! The refrigerator doesn’t shut, we had to use a stool to keep it closed. A few wonky outlets and lights. Tv and remote were a pain to figure out. But great location.
