You will enjoy beautiful sunrises and the smell of the ocean from the comfort of your very own private balcony. Boca Grande 504 has everything you need for a great summer vacation of fun and relaxation. The suite has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bright and airy living room, new furnishings, flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and even a reserved parking space. Sports enthusiasts will find municipal tennis courts and pickleball courts within walking distance of the condo.
Things to know:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was as advertised! There were no surprises for us and we had a great weekend! The view of the beach/sunrise was exactly what we wanted. The place was big enough for the four of us. The house was well stocked with plates, bowls, etc. We would come back and stay again!

This place was great for my family of 5! The host provides many items in the condo for use--cleaning supplies, some spices, coffee filters, etc. The beach is quieter down here too, compared to on the boardwalk, which was nice. Definitely would recommend!

Would definitely go back to stay at this location. The whole family enjoyed our stay, and the location was ideal!
