Newer house built in 2010, this is the perfect home away from home! Nestled in the Poconos, just 3 miles off exit 87 of the PA turnpike, you can unplug and enjoy nature’s peace and quiet yet enjoy all the nearest attractions! The house is located just minutes from Lake Harmony, Jack Frost & Big Boulder. The community has plenty to offer for summer activities with close access to its own large beautiful lake Towamensing which also has a pool and a beach!

We had a wonderful time at the house and really enjoyed the hot tub, layout and cleanliness of the home. The one thing I recommend is to bring your own soap - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. I shouldn't have assumed they'd be there, so we had to go drive 10-15 mins to stock up. All was in working order - hot tub, jetted tub, appliances and fireplace. There is a fire pit there, but renters are not allowed to use it. You may also want to bring more bath towels. I would definitely rent again but will bring more stuff with me.

Piced this place as a home base for my hubby and I. We’ve never been to the area before and this was a perfect location. The house itself is big enough if you have a larger party to not feel cramped. We didn’t use the basement but the pool table and basketball net would be fun for kids and adults. This was more of an excursion weekend so we also didn’t cook so I can’t speak on pots/pans (didn’t even look for them). Fridge was nice and large so you can fill it for a larger party. We did use the hot tub which is a nice addition. If you do use it and like the water hotter than 90, just understand it does take time to heat up. Would return and recommend this place.

Nice rental home but poorly stocked as we had NO gas for the grill or for the gas fireplace outside. Needed to Purchase gas for the grill so we could use it but not re-embursed. Ice machine not working in refrigerator so we needed to buy bagged ice entire week. Owner said he would get the ice machine fixed later. Wanted us to place garbage in special bags ( I think they were blue) but none there. Was not communicated to us that we could NOT use the pool or lake as both had bacteria.
