Newly built lakefront home. Fully furnished on treed property. At end of private road - very quiet!
There are 3 large bedrooms on the second floor and 1 large bedroom and Murphy bed on the lower level (walk out basement).
Close proximity to Letchworth State Park, Charcoal Corral, Silver Lake Drive-in.
The large open porch (lakeside) has comfortable seating at one end and a large table for outdoor dining.
There are 3 exterior security cameras.

Clean,warn, and cozy. This place was the perfect winter retreat. The hosts were very helpful with hints of the area as we stayed for a family wedding. The silver lafefront house had more than enough room for our family.

The house was absolutely beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. Everything was very clean. We had 7 in our group, and the accommodations were very comfortable for us. The location perfect as it was close to Letchworth State Park. Barbara the host was so good to work with. I would definitely suggest this house to anyone who is in the area.

Best house I have ever stayed at on VRBO! House and hosts are amazing. The deck cannot be beat! The house is spotless, so well located, extremely spacious and well equipped....there is nothing missing here, only exceeding. So grateful this family shared their home with our family, we enjoyed the house, area and time together immensely. Do not hesitate to book this home, you could not possibly be disappointed in anything. Thank you!!!!
